At the Annual Meeting, alumnae will also vote on the candidate for alumnae trustee and bylaw changes. These changes encompass the following:

  • a clarification of the positions of elected directors, young alumna director, and directors-at-large;
  • establishment of a standing nominating committee to replace the nominating subcommittee of the governance committee;
  • clarification of the procedure for appointment of committee chairs; and
  • clarification of the selection process for alumnae trustees.
