The WCAA is rolling out a state-of-the-art online alumnae community that will allow you to engage with your local club, your class, and shared interest groups. Your Wellesley connections will be using this community to advertise and manage events, share announcements and photos, maintain membership, and facilitate discussion groups. Watch your email for more information.
The website www.alum.wellesley.edu is a gateway to your personalized Wellesley connections. In order to take advantage of all the community has to offer, you will need to sign in with your Wellesley Login. If you have not activated your login, please see the sidebar for instructions (below).
WCAA volunteers have welcomed this new system and report that it is easy to use. It is “very intuitive and allows members to access information and connect with each other quickly,” says Sarah Jean Kelly ’05, former president of the Washington Wellesley Club, which has used the system for some time. The WCAA joins Harvard Business School, Wharton, and University of Chicago Booth School of Business, among others, in adopting this technology.
The Wellesley Login allows alumnae to sign into various College systems and websites using a single username and password. These include:
Your login account is hosted by Google, which will also give you access to Google Apps such as Mail, Calendar, Drive, and others, if you wish to use them. You’ll find instructions on setting up your login on the WCAA site. Or contact the Wellesley Computing Help Desk at helpdesk@wellesley.edu or 781-283-3333.
