Herd on Campus

A flock of 13 sheep visited campus recently to graze the Meandering Meadow beside Paramecium Pond as part of an effort to improve native plant and wildlife habitats. In the process, they made the meadow “more beautiful for human enjoyment and exploration,” says Anne Beckley, the College’s senior gardens horticulturist.
