At the Annual Meeting, alumnae will also vote on the candidate for alumnae trustee and bylaw changes. These changes encompass the following:
- a clarification of the positions of elected directors, young alumna director, and directors-at-large;
- establishment of a standing nominating committee to replace the nominating subcommittee of the governance committee;
- clarification of the procedure for appointment of committee chairs; and
- clarification of the selection process for alumnae trustees.
